Tramor at Cannon Place Apartments

I have lived here for about 6 months, prior to that I grew up at this property! I loved Cannon Place, and my time at the property as a child was full of wonderful memories. Since moving back as an adult, I can say i still love it! Edgar with maintenance is so helpful with all of my weird little requests, and emergency maintenance has been very responsive. Karla in the leasing office is a gem. My neighbors are so kind, just as I remember my neighbors growing up.

My wife and I lived here earlier this year till we had to move out of state. The thing we will miss the most is our apartment. The size yet affordability was unmatched especially in a booming city like Austin. No, it’s not a “luxury” apartment complex, but honestly we’ve had a much more pleasant experience here than we had in our previous luxury apartment. Part of our experience being so pleasant was Kelly, the leasing manager. She has made living here comfortable and easy as all of our needs were met and our expectations surpassed. Definitely recommend living here.

Did an application wensday for an 1 bedroom apt . Got denied . But they are giving me a run around bout my refund that should been back on my card by Friday. Saying the have to get approval from the manger who is on vacation apparently. Saying it's 30 days for it come back which in the state of texas is 3 to 5 business days

I loved living at Cannon Place. Every time I had a maintenance request it was handled promptly and professionally. Kelly is such a gem and I wish all apartments were this amazing. She is so fair, and the property is so clean and well kept. I bought a home, and thats the only reason I left. Home ownership is hard, and I miss having someone take care of my home for free.

Karla has been so helpful in moving in here-we love it and she has made all the difference in making our move a smooth one. I hope the owners recognize her- it’s bc of her we chose this place. It’s a great location, quiet and clean.
