Trailwinds Grapevine Apartments

I absolutely love living at this apartment complex in Grapevine! The location is amazing, and the view from my place is one of my favorite things about coming home every day. It’s also super pet-friendly, which has been perfect for me, and the whole community feels very welcoming and family-oriented. The staff is always helpful, the grounds are well-kept, and everything feels peaceful and safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and friendly place to live!

I've lived here for about a year and a half now, and this is the best apartment complex ever! The front desk staff (specifically Bree!) is always sweet and genuinely remember who their tenants are and care about how we're doing. The maintenance team (Michael, Daylon, and ChaMichael) are on top of any fixes you may need and when they aren't helping in units, they're out and about the community ensure it's clean and well taken care of! They even do cute "Pet of the Month" awards for the community (my cat won a little stuffed toy). They take feedback to heart and are constantly trying to make sure everyone is happy. I can't think of anything complaints! 😍

Cha Michael and his team is amazing! He’s always quick to help whenever something needs to be fixed in my apartment. Every time I put in a request, he responds fast and makes sure the job is done the right way. He’s friendly, reliable, and truly cares about keeping the apartments in great condition. I really appreciate his hard work and excellent service!

About halfway through my first year here at Trailwinds. It has been a great experience! Office ladies are always friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always prompt and polite. You see a lot of remarks about animals/insects around here, but right behind the apartment is a nature walk trail (owned by the city, not apartments), so you have to expect there to be a crossover of wildlife. Overall great experience living here. Would do it all over again!

Great place to live. The staff is super attentive and always available to help out at all times. The maintenance men are fabulous at their job and will always get right to you for anything you need when you need it. Each of them are equally the best at what they do and you can always count on them day and night. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and will continue to stay here because of their impeccable service. The manager and the girls in the office are so kind and do their best to accommodate your needs.
