Trailside Student Living

Living at Trailside Apartments has been really nice so far. The place is clean, quiet, and feels safe, which makes it easy to focus on school and relax at home. I also really appreciate how understanding and helpful they’ve been with disability accommodations. It’s made a big difference and shows they genuinely care about their residents. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I chose to live here.

Horrible experience as a recurring guest to my friends’ apartments here. No guest parking has ever been available and there are always disruptive people in the lobbies. Walls are thin and lots of noisy upstairs neighbors. Got my car towed from a spot with no time restriction, security guard mentioned “you should know it’s 30 minutes [time limit]”. The gym is decent but the game room is missing equipment for the pool table, ping pong table, and the foosball table is missing handles. What is the point .. But there’s free hot chocolate so that’ll get you to sign a lease.. right? Take your money elsewhere. Definitely have some sort of reward system for leaving good reviews.

I’m a UW student living at Trailside Apartments, and I genuinely love it here. The community is quiet, safe, and super student-friendly, which makes it the perfect environment for focusing on school. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are really convenient. The management team is also great—they’re responsive, helpful, and make sure everything is taken care of quickly. Overall, Trailside has been an awesome place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable home.

Trailside Student Living has been an amazing place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with study areas that actually help you stay productive and amenities that make everyday life easier. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents! Any questions or maintenance requests get handled quickly, which is something I really appreciate.

Worst renting experience yet. Vibe is hollow and depressing. Subleases an extra month of rent. Utilities super high and no transparency in the assessment. There were bogus damages in the move out bill (promptly removed when questioned but not for others who just paid), and when full payment of the remaining move out bill was done they sent another bill for mysterious utility default fees and sent me to collections in Florida. Great job guys. Clearly taking advantage of students.
