Trailside NoDa

I have lived in apartments my entire life and unfortunately have not experienced such a confusing and unsupportive process until moving here. I recommend that anyone considering Trailside Noda read the resident reviews carefully before applying. From the beginning, I was given access to two separate units without a signed lease, creating unnecessary confusion. The unit I originally applied for did not match its advertised layout and appearance. Although I reported this immediately, I was left waiting weeks without clarity on which unit I would occupy—yet still expected to pay full rent. Eventually, I received keys to a different unit, but my co-applicant has yet to receive a lease, and the lease I was sent contained incorrect fees that had to be fixed. I toured several floor plans with Lewis, who was amazing and very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each. I came back twice before applying, and he was patient and helpful every time. Breanna even let me take bedroom measurements before moving in, which I really appreciated. I’m loving it here so far. The community is very quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything. Walking distance to Sprouts and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops mins away. I’ve met a few neighbors already and everyone has been very friendly. I’m extremely happy with my decision to move here. I love my apartment 🥰

I just moved in, at the start of February and have already enjoyed 2 great events. The leasing staff, led by Breonna and Lewis, are an amazing help and bring positive energy and vibes everyday, they recognize and know seemingly everyone by name and will give reminders of any action they need from you. I love the ease to be in the mix of north Davidson while also far enough out to not be overwhelmed with noise. Incredibly impressed 1 month in.

My move-in was very smooth and Breonna made the application process extremely easy. My apartment has the space I wanted, for a good price, and being in NoDa is just icing on the cake. The fitness center has everything you need and the other amenities are like no other. Both Lewis and Breonna are willing to help however they can to make your experience here the best possible.

I moved into Trailside NoDa about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is spacious with a huge kitchen and the amenities such as the gym and pool are much nicer and well maintained than other apartment communities I’ve lived at. Huge shout-out to Lewis, one of the managers—he made the entire leasing and move-in process incredibly easy. He helped me find the perfect apartment in my price range and has continued to be extremely helpful with any questions since moving in!
