After five long years in this apartment complex, I can say with my whole chest that living here has felt less like “home” and more like surviving a five-year nightmare. If you value your safety, your sanity, and even the simple act of breathing clean air, do not move here. I am genuinely warning you. From the moment you step onto the property, you can tell something is wrong. There are homeless individuals wandering around constantly, day and night, like the complex has completely given up on keeping residents safe. We have been asking for security here,a lot of homeless people stealing our packages,Imagine paying $1350 monthly and you’re not safe about the place you live in. The apartment opposite to me has no tenants,homeless people who have been seen taking our packages break in and live in permanently. The wood put on the doors and windows are not working. They are removing them and getting in. We live with people who will harm us any time and nothing serious is being done. Why can’t you get a good security to kick these people away day and night. Why is it so so bad. I have been here since 2018 but this is the worst year and it’s getting worse everyday because the top management does not care about the safety of their tenants. The walls are paper thin that you can hear EVERYTHING!! Neighbors purposely making loud noise because you complain about them and still nothing gets done. I've sent an email to management regarding 1611 with the constant banging dishes in the sink EVERYDAY EVERY HOUR NONSTOP SO LOUD YOU CAN HEAR IT OVER THE TV..you have to deal with the same thing EVERYDAY there's no peace then there's multiple people complaining about their neighbors being inconsiderate..you can tell the office and nothing gets done.
