Trails at Short Pump Apartment Homes

There apartments are a great place to live in, the community is nice, clean, and quiet. The location is great, a lot of stores and convenient places are within 10 minutes of driving. Additionally all the amenities are kept in good condition. We have had no issues. The maintenance staff is amazing, they are always fast to answer! Shoutout to Johan Parra, a lot of times when we put a request or there is an issue in the apartment, he has been very fast to respond and solve it. He is very knowledgeable, effective, friendly, and diligent with his work! We really appreciate his help and has definitely made our experience at Trails at Short Pump the best, and we are really thankful. Whenever I submit a request, he responds right away and handles the issue correctly on the first visit. Johan is always courteous and friendly, and he takes the time to ensure everything is functioning perfectly before he leaves. I have lived here for 2 years and have had a great experience with all of the staff. Lauren from the front office is always extremely kind and very helpful. The maintenance team in my opinion is also wonderful, more specifically Johan Parra. He resolves our maintenance problems quickly and effectively, is really kind and professional as well. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Everybody has their own experiences here, mine has been amazing which is why I keep re-signing my lease.

My fiancé and I moved in last month and must say that we are pleased with not only the upkeep of the community but how pleasant the maintenance and office staff are.
