Trails at Loma Apartment Homes

I just don’t really like how I got an apt with a microwave. The microwave goes out and instead of replacing it I’m told that they didn’t mean to give me an apt with a microwave and instead will be giving me a over head fan for the gas stove and removing the microwave altogether. The microwave was the selling point lol . Convenience.. also it’s terrible getting a hold of office I don’t like AI bot you have to go through :/. Parking? I’d rather not even get into tbh. It’s just my building area. Everywhere else seems to have adequate parking but my layout is 4 buildings fighting for 3 rows of parking and one row is cut short for bikes and electric car charge? And maintenance booth.?? Idk it’s just a terrible lay out It’s quiet for the most part, it’s okay. Not terrible not good just a place

I have been living here for most 2 years and I can honestly say I have not had any problems. The area is quiet and it's kept up. The only problem I really have is them entering the unit without notifying several times. I can honestly say the only maintenance man I trust and has done an excellent job while here has been Ernie. That man is courteous and gets the job done as soon as he gets the work order. He also notifies me any time he needs to enter my unit for anything. Really kind hearted and trustworthy man. I would give him a recommendation any day.

I love my complex. However this is the 5th Community Director in the 14 months that I have been here. This community Director unlike the other is NOT personable at all. Everyone up to this point has always been friendly and SPOKE. He sits behind a computer screen and doesn't have time for the residents. The maintenance is absolutely amazing specifically Ernie. When I moved in it was because of the professional office staff @Concorderents please get an office staff that cares about your residents as much as we care about the community

All of the ceiling fan cords in my apartment at one point were either broken or damaged. Ishmael was sent to the apartment and brought new fans with him just in case all the fans needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection, the fan cords were able to be fixed. He also was sent to fix my garbage disposal and did a good job repairing that as well. Thank you Ishmael.
