This review was redirected from a survey requested by the trails team. As such, I will give my honest thoughts. There were a fair amount of aspects to our apartment that were not working when we moved in. Furthermore, It was clear that the the place was not inspected before we moved in. This is not surprising due to the fact that the complex has/had one maintenance specialist servicing 150+ apartments. At this point, most of our grievances have been resolved. However, It has been four months and our main bedroom shower still has never operated despite management being made aware since the first week and multiple times afterwards. Furthermore, the dishwasher we walked into was dyed by some sort of red substance giving it a sticky and fleshy look. The trails upper management decided not to
Run away if you don’t want to live in Apartment which doesn’t have the light in the hallway over half year until now. I told the office many times but then they said that is not emergency case so they don’t fix it right now. They just tell you to wait until many light is broken then they will have the team come fix every light in Apt one time. They tell me to turn on the light in my door, that so insane, it doesn’t shine enough when we go in the stair, and I have to pay more money for the electric because they just don’t want to fix the light in the hallway. So, if anybody who want to live in the apt but you have to be ready to slip on the stair anytime, just come here. And there is electric problem in the appliance, I told them a month already, but they don’t fix for me. We just have the
Since moving in, I’ve experienced ongoing issues almost immediately. Both the stove and refrigerator were not working properly upon move-in and took nearly four months to be replaced. The paint quality—especially in the bathrooms—is poor. There have also been exterior issues, including paint peeling on my patio due to an upstairs neighbor’s dog using the patio, causing leakage into mine. Within the last month, a bathroom flooded, and the ceiling and countertop repairs from the flooding are still not completed. Maintenance response times are very slow; while the office staff is friendly, many issues remain unresolved. Pest control requires a request despite being a monthly fee. Property lighting is inadequate, and the dog park has no lighting at night. Additionally, there has been a sewage
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! By far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Courtesy officer never picks up. Maintenance request takes forever to get filled. New building are made of paper machete. Can hear my neighbors beating on each other and have recordings but they still living there. Despite filling multplie complaints and having police called on them 4 plus times. Trash is always overflowing. Pool is always closed. Will not be living here much longer. Residents have no sense of community or pride for where they live. Absolutely disgusting place to live and they love adding extra charges to rent so don’t be fooled by price you will paying another $100 on top of that. You can find alot nicer and quieter apartments for a lot cheaper. Don’t be fooled by location. It’s essentially Victory driv
Details of my own experience here: typically takes a month to get a maintenance request resolved, tenants regularly throw trash all over the property, majority of dog owners in the area I live in do not pick up their dog’s mess- so that gets stepped in pretty frequently, the gate was obviously not thought out because there is one way in and one way out- if someone doesn’t have the app to get in they are still getting in anyway because someone behind them is going to let them in since there’s no place to go. I’ve seen people drive straight in the exit gate when it’s not closed, one morning on my way to work I couldn’t get out because of the huge truck driving in the exit gate. I’ve had to call 911 on my upstairs neighbor more than once- unfortunately I don’t have funds to break a lease righ
