Trails At Eldridge Parkway

I just moved from one unit to another unit and this is the beautiful blessing that I get on my move in. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Trails at Eldridge Parkway so far. I moved into my new unit just three days ago, and almost immediately I began noticing serious issues. There are roaches in the unit, which is unacceptable for a place that was supposed to be cleaned and prepared prior to move-in. On top of that, there are multiple maintenance problems that clearly should have been addressed before I received the keys. Moving is already stressful, and dealing with pest and repair issues within the first few days makes it even worse. Jennifer was extremely kind. She showed us all the vacant apartments they have ready for the market, walked us through amenities like the gym, business center, parking garages, pool, and more. She was very transparent about pricing and all the details we needed. Additionally, she introduced us to the maintenance supervisor, who was also very friendly and it’s clear they have a really strong team. In the short time I was there, I saw some of them tidying up trash, the supervisor fixing the entry and exit gate, and I even met the manager, who is expecting a baby soon. Well, where to start... when I started the journey to move here I was over 2000 miles away from this place so as you can understand there was a lot of back and forth. Then I went on vacation right in the middle of moving here. (That was hard on everyone) There were a couple of bumps along the way as to be expected even more so when I was on the other side of the world for my vacation. When I was finally in route u-haul and all to Houston we ran into a large hiccup just before my arrival. (It's a Friday and it's about time for them to go home.) Nancy (the main management) went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before my arrival. Everything went smoothly after I arrived and all ladies in the office stayed till the last papper was signed. (Pretty Awesome!) T

I have been a resident for 5 1/2 years now, The community is mostly quiet, and tranquil. The ladies in the office Nancy, Ryanna and Wendy always greet me with a smile on their face and are very attentive to my needs or concerns. During last year’s Christmas holidays, my upstairs neighbors woke me up several times with their loud music. After a few nights I had to go to apartment manager office for my first time ever, and I met Nancy (the office manager) to let her know about my upstairs neighbors rudely waking me up to their loud music at 2 and 3 in the morning a few times. Nancy handled that situation expeditiously! The Maintenance team are fast, reliable & experienced with the needed repairs, upkeep, and groundskeeping. I have been here over 5 years and I have seen a tremendous change for the better since I’ve been here. Always some new improvements going on, landscaping, driveway repairs, power pressure washing of breezeways and stairs, new lighting in Breezeways just recently. That shows that management cares and they are working hard to make it a beautiful and safe place to live. The staff in place is excellent!! Nancy , Ryanna, Wendy, the whole office staff and maintenance workers. Thanks for the efforts to make living here a wonderful experience.
