Trails at Canyon Creek

Did a tour for some acquaintances who are looking for a place to move to in north Austin and Karin was beyond helpful on the tour. The grounds seem well kept and the amenities are nice, and Karin was able to answer our questions and concerns. Highly recommend paying them a visit if you're looking for a place to move into in the area.

Before moving to Austin, I rented an apartment at a different location sight-unseen. Since then I have had the opportunity to see The Trails at Canyon Creek apartment complex. I first noticed the pool area with two large pools and pleasant landscaping. The whole area is spotlessly clean-even the large cooking space. The pool furniture is new and comfortable. I met some fun people there. I can’t say enough about how relaxing it is. I like the mile-long walking trail and being outdoors in nature. It’s well groomed and a great place to walk a dog or just walk and listen to the birds sing. The office staff are all friendly. Karin does an exceptional job of making sure things go smoothly in a timely manner. When my existing lease is up, there are several nice floor plans for me to choose from

Corynn was very professional! She went over every thing thoroughly with me. She did not miss a beat!!! I was very impressed. She did it was such enthusiasm! Extremely nice to me as if I was renting the biggest apartment yall had to offer ! She was so gracious ! I can’t say enough great things about her! Very accomodating!!! Def with out a doubt a five star service! She needs to be moved up in the company. This is what kind of employee I would love to have , def a keeper!! I genuinely don't know where all the good reviews are coming from for this place because I can say that without a doubt this complex was the worst place I've ever lived. I do know a few employees who live here have written 5 star reviews and often the good reviews are coming from people touring or apartment locators NOT people who actually live here. If you would like a relatively quiet place to live with working appliances, a front office staff that cares about their residents, and with semi-considerate neighbors then this apartment complex is not for you! I spent most of my time here making numerous complaints about various things from noise to broken things in my apartment to the dog park being unsafe for animals and I was repeatedly ignored by staff. I have lived here since 2022 and everything was decent until this year. If you plan on renting a first floor…DO NOT rent here. The ceilings have little to no insulation and you’ll basically be living with your upstairs neighbors. Me and my wife got the pleasure of having an entire family above us who “can’t control” their children. After A YEAR (yes, an entire 365 days) of video evidence and informing management, absolutely NOTHING has been done about it. I understand in apartments there will always be loud upstairs neighbors.. but the support/reassurance that something would change was NONE. I will be moving out in January and advise y’all to stay away, unless you want to lose your sanity and peace of home.
