Trails at Bartram Park

I was impressed when I walked through the door and was shown a 1 and 2 bedroom. But when we got back to the office and then was asked how much I made a month, It was no longer their interest to find out further details and discuss the monthly costs. When I said I had to think about it she answered a phone call and I left myself. I would rent here because the apartments are amazing. Just felt discouraged

I toured here for a 2 bedroom and I loved it! The office staff was so helpful, especially the manager, Leasa! Anything you need they are happy to help. The space of the 2x2 is very large, and the upgrades are beautiful and modern. Everything felt open, comfortable, and well thought out. I would definitely recommend moving here to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Went in on Monday wanting a garage . Was told only maintenance knows what garages they have and would follow up and call me . Never happened . Tuesday was told as the maintenance guy was standing right in front of me that yes they had a garage open in my building but was going to verify and they would call me . Never got a call . Fine . Went back up there 6 hours later and still never verified and would email me with communication and as you guess , no communication . Wednesday comes and no communication but office staff sure huffed and puffed when I was checking on the update . Was told property manager called out and to come back Thursday to get garage . Fine . Thursday comes and again huff and puff and an eye roll and was told maintenance won’t answer his phone at 10am . Go back at 2pm

I e been living here for almost two years now. The maintenance team responds fast. What is stopping a five star review is the amenities are broke or run down and take forever to replace. Several of the street lamps don’t work, and have had two instances where I had to stop because a venomous snake is on the sidewalk so I don’t walk at night when I’d love too, because the lighting don’t work. Secondly, the fountains in the lakes have not worked but maybe a few days I’ve noticed out of the time ive been here. Thirdly, the pool was down a good chunk of the summer when it is supposed to be year round, and the hot tub has been ice cold all winter long so far when it would be so nice. As soon as I walked through the front door of the lobby I felt at home. This was magnified by the experience I had working with Paola. She was so kind and patient with me. We went over everything. She answered every question I had, and even some I didn't think to ask. She was super helpful all the way through the application process and even called me when we got approved! By far the best experience I had with any leasing manager while looking for an apartment which is why I am happy to now call this place our home! Thank you.
