Trailhead Apartments

Our first apartment since moving to Chicago and it did not disappoint. The building is very new updated. Management and maintenance in this building are great, any issues we had were resolved very quickly. We loved having access to the 606 trail and easy access to the blue line! Brittany and Nisaa were always very kind and went out of their way to help when needed. Jose assisted us with a couple things and was awesome. We will miss our time here!

We LOVED our time at Trailhead!!! The building is new and the direct access to the 606 is amazing Brittany, Jose and Hashim are amazing and felt like our family. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to live here and get to know them!

Very well appointed building with the most accessible and kind staff on site. I am disabled, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure I have everything I need to not just live, but to live very well in this beautiful environment. Cheers to Brittany and Nisaa!

Trailhead is a great building located in Bucktown with direct 606 trail access and just a few blocks away from the blue line. I lived in the building for 3 years and the management team is unparalleled! Brittany, Jose, and Nisaa go above and beyond to make Trailhead such a great place to live. I highly recommend living there!

Central location, direct access to the 606, modern apartment units, amazing rooftop & gym amenities are all here at the Trailhead! Leasing agent Gene is great with clients, Brittany from Cagan Management goes above & beyond, along with Jose & the building staff provide attentive service. Highly recommend!
