Trafalgar Apartments

I’d love to give this place no stars. I don’t live here anymore because I broke my lease and moved out 2-3 years ago. It was a horrible experience for my family and me. While I never saw a rat inside my apartment, I know they were in the walls. One day, I saw the biggest rat of my life run past me while I was outside. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ran back into my apartment as fast as I could. We were miserable living here, and we were thrilled to leave. It’s a terrible way to live, whether you have a family or not. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The apartments were infested with roaches and various other bugs. I’m still traumatized by the experience. No human should ever live like this; it should be against the law. Maintenance was terrible and never fixed anything correctly

This apartment complex is in a nice area but the tenants improperly dispose of items on a consistent basis and management does nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous, unsanitary and unsightly!! Move elsewhere!!!

Asher is so friendly and helpful! He cares and is always trying to help everyone with whatever they need. I know my apartment was having a couple of minor issues when I moved in and he was able to resolve them so quickly and efficiently! I’d recommend reaching out to him and this property to anyone who’s looking for a wonderful place to call home.

This property has went from trash dump to spotless thanks for the guy who goes around keeping cleaning all of the trash, and the ladies in the office have been the best with questions and concerns since the new management took over. Shout out Damares and Karen!!!

I’m a disabled veteran, miss Amanda and Sean Williams are outstanding in the management office. They even installed handicap parking spaces, when they were none when I first moved in if you have any issue, they are always willing to assist and resolve any problems that you may have, they are very professional in the office with compassion. The maintenance staff is always courteous.
