Traditions of Holland Apartments

The new manager is not very nice. She watches you if you have company over boyfriend/girlfriend how many times they come over how long they stay she is like a warden its almost like prison i believe her name is Tina the other lady thats runs here is so nice but the new one is just like the one we had before that was very mean to people becareful you move in she will harras stalk and be all up in your buisness not a nice or good person

On occasion, management can be quite understanding and helpful. However, I often get the impression that they do not care about their tenants. There is no way I should go five days without hot water. That's inhumane and unacceptable. I'm always kind and understanding, but I'm getting increasingly frustrated. They are working extremely hard to fix the outside of these properties, which I assume will make them more appealing to future renters, but in all honesty. You shouldn't be repairing the outside while the inside is in far worse condition. I'm working very hard to get out of here. I will not even blame the employees in the office because there is only so much they can do. I will, however, blame the women in the office for inadequate communication. I’ve recently relocated from a grand rapids to holland and was recommended to traditions of holland . I started the process with seantika and i must say she made the transition process easy and comfortable for me , i was going through alot of personal things at the time she was very understanding and patient with me i really appreciated how she handle me and my situation at the time she is AWESOMEEEE !!!!

Chris is great with communication. They are most definitely cleaning up the place. It’s nice to see maintenance that cares. Scott is an absolute earth angel! Not only is he great at what he does he’s also one of the most kind people I have ever encountered. He is truly a blessing to the traditions community♥️ Very appreciative of the staff

Horrible management, the office makes up lies and spreads rumors. There's mold in the house EVERYWHERE. The windows are so messed up that we had to put blankets over them so we could stay warm. The office makes threats and has threatened to tow our WORKING vehicle. The people that live in the apartments around ours, make us feel uncomfortable, threaten, and and disturb our life. Not a safe neighborhood there was a shooting RIGHT next to our house!! We do not feel safe in our own home. And will never live in holland again. Also cops are always in here and There is always alot of suspicious activity all year round and the kids can't even play outside because of the people driving so fast and the rude kids. Also the school that is for this district is HORRIBLE and the bus drivers are too.
