Traditions of America at East Petersburg Active Adult Community

Working with Traditions of America in East Petersburg has been a great experience. With COVID everyone has had to adapt. Traditions made this process easy. My journey started with the sales office. Colleen was a great help. It is not easy leaving your family home and "downsizing". We chose Traditions because of the amenities and lifestyle it will afford us as we move into the next chapter of our lives. I was amazed at how beautiful and modern our home could be. The models are beautiful. The environment and activities looked more like a resort than a 55 plus community. It changed my whole outlook. I found myself excited to embark on this new adventure. Colleen helped us navigate through the initial steps and took a personal interest making sure we had everything we needed to get started.

We have been working with Donna at TOA East Petersburg. Donna has made the design process fairly easy when one considers all of the details and decisions being made. She has provided some great insight and design suggestions as we went through the process. Donna has taken the time to better understand and listen to what we are looking for in our new home, which has made her suggestions/ideas even more valuable. The process has been very logical and comprehensive. We are looking forward to finalizing the design process with Donna and moving onto the next steps of construction. Thank you Donna for all your help and time you have spent working with us.

Traditions of America at East Petersburg is an Active Adult new home community. They offer a nice variety of home designs and will perform customizations to fit your needs. They use quality products and build a good home. The HOA performs exterior maintenance so there is no need to mow grass or shovel snow. The sales people are very knowledgeable and quickly respond with answers to questions. The current and future residents are very friendly. This will be a great place to live!

I can not say enough good things about Nancy and Donna. Both were professional and patient and I never felt rushed or asked to many questions. These are the type of employees that make an organization great.

I have to say , You Guys R very professional, from time we checked in till we left , or was actually a fun kinda day being there , I come from family of builders and it it's amazing how all that work comes together for a finished happy place, IDE love to b involved with the site work and on but I'm getting older .The construction industry is for the young men .
