Tradewinds Apartments

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jessica Voutas for her outstanding work as a leasing agent at Tradewinds. Going into this, I had seen some of the previous reviews—especially those mentioning roaches—and decided to take a chance on the apartment. So far, my experience has been very positive, and Jessica deserves a lot of credit for that. She was incredibly responsive, respectful, and accommodating as I had to change my move-in date multiple times, and she made the process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the few items I pointed out during our walkthrough were addressed swiftly and professionally. I appreciate her efforts and professionalism, and I look forward to seeing how the apartment continues to hold up. I plan to leave a follow-up review in a few months and will update or

roaches. Before my fist week of living here I saw a roach. Thought maybe it just tagged along on my belongings since they were in a storage unit for a month. But they kept coming. At least once a week. Requested pest control in the beginning but it never helped. So I just dealt with it till I was able to vacate my lease. Now I’m in a new apartment for almost 6 weeks with Cortland — no roaches. So it wasn’t something I was doing. new manager smokes outside of the office, which I thought was supposed to be a smoke free community. Homeless everywhere, but it’s right on Campbell near the river, so I guess it’s not something the company can control. Great price — but it’s cheap for a reason. I will say the renovations are nice compared to what a lot of other properties consider renovations.

I was excited when i moved i loved the layout, But as soon as I moved roaches were everywhere, management isn't helpful and didnt address any concers I had. Water gets shut off once a week for no reason and management will message you hours later to inform you no warning prior... management is rude and disrespectful. Any issues I had I always had a rude response about anything and everything. Management harassed my kids when they were seen outside in the courtyard playing a few times. If you have kids dont move here they obviously dont like children at this property... not to mention you pay additional for all you utilities. Somthing they didn't mention when I moved. Don't move here find better.

I love this apartment complex far the best one I didn’t live there in Tucson and possibly if you see roaches in should cover your sink drain or bathtub drain because I know from experience that roaches come up through the drains

I didn’t end up renting here only because we ended up being stationed elsewhere but I really loved how clean the community was and how nice the renovated apartments are the leasing manager was amazing and so helpful I highly recommend the trade wind apartments
