I can only say wonderful things about two of the women who work at Tradewind Properties. I recently moved to this area, and both Tara and Rose made the entire process so much more enjoyable and seamless. I learned that Tara not only helps out at Tradewind Properties, but she’s also a realtor. So if you’re looking for a great realtor in the Largo or St. Pete area, I highly recommend reaching out to Tara. I also discovered that she owns a reptile store in the area. How cool is that? As for Rose, she works at the Largo office as well. I met Rose when I went in to pick up an overpayment, and after only a brief conversation, I quickly realized how helpful she is and how much knowledge she brings. I truly appreciated that. I wanted to leave this review because I feel it’s the least I can do.

Tradewinds Properties Ms. Rose always take good care of every & any situation that I have in my unit. Handle each maintenance request promptly. I give a 5 star because they really deserve 10 star. Thank you Ms. Rose for being a great Property Manager

Have to say I am quite shocked that this place is handling luxury properties. I was stood up on a showing with no notification, response or apology. Despite the agent confirming with me the appointment, Mindy never showed not acknowledged the no show.
