I would give a zero if I could. Ive given this company multiple opportunities to address the issues/concerns. We regret moving from our previous home into their rental. The leasing portion was chaotic and to this day I don’t know anything about the gas utility. I called several times with no returns. Good luck with emailing, Jose will pick and choose which one he wants to respond to. And Maintenance… whew incompetent. Took 3 visits to fix a shower head and now the shower water poured into the kitchen, dining room, and basement. Also the garage pipe burst the 2nd day after move in. We were without water for 7 hours. We pay $2500 to rent. We feel like we are being robbed. We are a family of 6, needing two showers. And have only had access to one shower since move in.
