Please please if you are interested in this property DO NOT MOVE to apt 1 at 6 S Calvert street. My boyfriend and I lived in that unit for a couple of months and it brought nothing but disturbance. Our apartment was shot up due to the club next door and management will have no type of sympathy. We asked multiple times to be moved because we didn’t feel safe and they didn’t do anything about it. You will hear people outside every Friday and Saturday night. They leave trash outside the doors and block you from getting inside the building. Please put your safety first and don’t move here. Other tenants lived in unit 1 before we did and they experienced the same issues we had.

This isn’t just bad management – it feels like an organized scam! Do not rent from these people unless you’re prepared to watch your money vanish. I moved out YEARS ago and they have never returned my $1,400 security deposit. Instead, they tried to shake me down for over $4,000 in electricity bills – and the so‑called “proof” they sent wasn’t even in my name. They sent me someone else’s utility bill and THREATENED TO SUE ME OVER IT !!!! For more than three years I’ve been trying to get answers. Phone calls? Ignored. Office visits? Nobody there. Emails? They reply once in a blue moon with, “We’ve received your evidence, we’ll get back to you soon.” Then nothing. It’s a black hole. This isn’t a landlord – this is a trap. A place where your deposit is treated as their personal income and

Prior to posting this, I had experienced a few things that were of concern to me and I went through the proper avenues of addressing them via contacting the property manager, Eva, emailing her, and finally putting a maintenance request on the tenant portal. I knew there were mixed reviews moving in here in August of 2022. But, I took my chances. Overall, I have enjoyed the neighborhood and my unit. The building has been renovated within the past 4 years so things are new. Structurally, the building does not have many issues. Like another review, I have experienced a lack of integrity with Trademark Properties. I too was told that internet access was included. Then, after I had signed the lease, I was informed that it was no longer included in the cost of rent. I was offered the option of

I moved here at 300 West Fayette Street in October 2024. Filthy filthy filthy. From the vestibule to the lobby to the resident floors.. filthy. They have no housekeeping here. They are too cheap. No pictures in the hallway halls. Trash pile up constantly in the trash room and the rent is SKY HIGH. Although this building is not even 9 months old and all appliances are brand new, you CANNOT open windows in the units and you cannot smoke. I pay $1600 for 2br 1 ba. My neighbor across the hall pays $3100 for 3br 3ba. Plz shop around before deciding to move here. Don’t get trapped like I did. Every window in every unit is wielded shut. You cannot open the windows. No FRESH AIR.

As someone who moved into their new building at 300 W Fayette, I want to tell you that all the comments regarding unprofessionalism is 100 percent true. Before you move in, see if you can speak to anyone who lives here already. Ask them if they think the property management team is professional and responsive. With all the WIFI issues, they don’t offer an alternative so you get what you pay for. The apartments doesn’t have amenities and if you need basic maintenance, 9 out of 10 you will have to pay for your own repairs. The lease is very clear that the maintenance only assists with certain thing and if your toilet is malfunctioning or sink is clogged, you have to pay to have it repaired. You are better off paying an extra $200-$300 a month for full service, amenities, and 100% maintenance
