Tracks at Seymour

I would leave zero if I could. I would not recommend these to anyone. Management can't get anything fixed. I went through the whole month of December with a broken heater. Even now, it is not 100% fixed, and I have one room with no electricity whatsoever going on for 3 weeks. Management takes weeks to get anything done. Not to mention, they keep raising the rent without making any improvements. Also, there's not enough parking for all the residents living here. I've seen people get into it because of parking lots. This place needs a lot of work, and management needs MAJOR improvements. I highly recommend you look elsewhere make this place your last resort. 0 stars!

Stayed at Jackson Manor for a year. My apartment was robbed twice with in a year. once by my nieghbor through a unsecure fire door. Second time was through a window both times was when I was at work. Unless you like being infested with bed bugs and crackheads it isnt worth it at all.

Had a tour set up at 3pm which I shuffled my schedule around to make sure I was there . I showed up 10 minutes before and the leasing office said it was open but the door was locked . I waited over 15 minutes after 3pm to see if anybody would show up which they didn’t , I even tried calling several times . Huge waste of time and unprofessional

I've known of this apartment complex since I was in my teens seems they are always updating and keeping it fresh and new looking.

Pues yo estoy muy satisfecha aquí,el 21 d junio va para un año q vivo en esté apartamento y la verdad no tengo quejas.
