I wanted to share my experience with Grace Gallagher at Tracey real estate. This is the 2nd home sale she's handled for me and I couldn't say enough good things about her and the company. This time I was dealing with my parents property and we no longer live in the state so I needed someone I could trust. Grace was always punctual, took care of the showings, gave me suggestions on maximizing our return and truly allowed me to be hands off. The only decision I had to make was which offer to take. Lots of people will talk about what they can do for you but Grace is the real deal.

They were recommended to me by another person that lived in my complex. They did everything possible to help me sell my coop in sheepshead bay. They did a great job.

Went to see a house in marine park listed at 700k. After driving a half an hour to get there, looking for a spot we go in. We start asking questions about it. The realtor says oh it "sold yesterday, cash, above asking". So I asked why they didn't take it down. Her response was so people come see houses in their price range and she can know what to show you next time. So they used the house as a lead/referral trap. Bought something later in Bensonhurst and certainly didn't use Tracey.
