My experience with Tracey Homes was outstanding. I interviewed 5 builders to build a new home in late 2020. My initial criteria was, must have been in business in the cape for at least 15 yrs. Tracey started in 1986 I Believe. Richard (owner) met us on several occasions and at a house they just built to discuss some options. Richard was super pleasant, changes were absolutely no problem so we signed a contract. Build went great, on-time and a quality home. We are so happy with our decision and our home. I believe it's the Oasis II. During construction, Richard would stop by, check for quality and get his hands dirty as well. He always stopped work and gave me his undivided attention. We could not be happier with our new construction home by Tracey Homes Inc! We chose the Channel floor plan and added some custom extras. We had spoken with 4 other builders. We walked through a few of their homes. The minute we walked through a Channel home the Traceys were almost done with, we knew instantly this was our home and builder. The process went very well from start to finish. Covid happened during our build. We had a couple small issues due to Covid suppliers that we felt the Traceys were honest and upfront about. Mostly were change of choices in flooring and an appliance due to delays. Their contractors immediately gave us other options that worked out great for us. Tracey Homes has done an amazing job with my new happy place. From the very beginning the entire staff was professional, considerate, accommodating & always willing to go the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied. To this day, if there is anything we need, they are there for us. We emphatically recommend Tracey Homes!

Our new Tracey Home was within days of being completed. Then Hurricane Ian hit. Words cannot describe the destruction. Homes, cars, boats, destroyed. Flooding, roads impassable, no power, no water, no internet. Devastation in all directions. The storm has left and now we are trying to get to our new house to see what is left. The FEAR! It took a while to get to the house, trying to find a passable way there. When we got there, all the landscaping was gone, but the house was standing like a ROCK! Terrible damage all around me, but not my home. My Rock, My Fortress, My HOME! We moved into our home a few days after the storm.
