This is a condominium complex, not a traditional apartment building. Most units are privately owned and rented out individually, so your experience will depend heavily on the specific unit and owner you’re renting from. The property itself is generally quiet, feels safe, and has a private parking area. The pool is in decent shape and gets occasional use but isn’t usually crowded. Grounds maintenance and responsiveness vary since there’s no central leasing office—it’s all up to the individual owner or their property manager. Know what you’re booking, and if possible, ask questions about the specific unit before you commit. Overall, a solid place if you’re in a good unit.

Not worth living here due to management. At the time I lived her management told me it was student college housing but since there was no roomate matching in place got stuck with roommates who didn’t clean up after themselves and walk over lots of boundaries. Management didn’t do much. Only later moved me to a different unit that was bug infested. You get what you pay for. Maintenance was always confused to why the lights gave out. I was confused as well. In a nutshell, unless there has been a major update it’s not worth it might all well do another student housing near riverside

After two years of living here, I have succumbed to poor living conditions created by poor management. Having lived without a shower for six months due to management's stubborness and ineffective methods of finding and providing me a proper plumber; having to be locked out of my room twice after requesting and being denied a new lock; having lived with a 70 year old man who couldnt clean after himself and ultimately brought in bed bugs due to management's negligence of a background check or common sense; or being threatened of being sued by said management due to said bed-bug situation without grasping what was going on within their apartment at all despite residents telling them. This place needs new management as the current administration is pathetically laughable at best in their job

Close to campus..Mostly students; Many Condos are rented by the locked bedroom with common areas. prices reasonsible; Area has many good places to eat and services. Riverside and Pleasant ValleyCompound has plenty of parking, pool ,fenced and gated. Plenty of security lighting.

Don't call the number, they are rude and barely speak English.
