So far my experience with TPM Realty has been good. Good professional and precise communication. Things have been moving forward as they should. I'm glad to be a new tenant.

TPM has a long ways to go in terms of both professionalism and general management of their business. They made several accounting errors, were difficult to reach, were generally unclear on local code (lead safety timelines) and were insulting when called out for their mishandlings. In the response below, Angela indicated that we refused to repair a unit when in reality we refused to evict a long term tenant right before the holidays in order to meet a deadline that wasn't accurate for lead safety. We chose to keep our tenant and collaborate with them on repairs instead. Angela is defensive, insulting, and unprofessional when her mistakes are brought to the light. Not something anyone would look for in a business partner.

This company and its employees are wonderful to say the least. Their communication style is very open and honest. They are super flexible as well! I knew this was the right place to find my new home the first time I met Angela. Super welcoming and easy to work with!
