Towed my car this morning, I was leaving out at 5am this morning for work !!! I had to call out my job and was told my car was towed because of an August inspection sticker that I had no clue was expired, they didn’t have any courtesy for me. Im a hard working woman I work full time and do overtime driving city buses for the government only to be treated as trash. They could’ve left a warning on the car plus I’f I’d knew it was inspired I would’ve been got it taken care of I get free state inspections on my car with my dealership! Then the man also told me i couldn’t park in visitors parking even though I live here and pay rent here, as there was no more regular parking spots, and I have a valid parking ticking. Black people love to tear each other down but never work together ! So disappo

I have been here a year as of February 21. I'm over all very happy with my apartment and it isn't a renovated unit. Ms. Tamika and Desiree are always a pleasure. For it to be the two (separate from maintenance etc.) of them they do a excellent job. The maintenance team is cool to but I'm sure it's because they have Moses and he is AWESOME and he don't leave no work materials etc. behind. If he comes to fix something in your apartment it's fixed! Now this is why I can't give 5 STARS...... I do often times take issue with management because I feel like management should have or be more support for Ms. Tamika and Ms. Desiree. I know the office can ONLY DO but so much. They are often times the first point of contact and a resource for a process. Meaning, that if I put in a maintenance request,

Parking is a nightmare. The towing company Grab n Go are crooks. Good luck relaxing at home when you know you and your visitors can get towed for having their registration stickers on the wrong side (not expired, just not perfectly placed I guess) or for parking “crooked” or for any other 100s of sleezy reasons they come up with for towing. There’s no way I’m renewing my lease unless they ditch the towing company and sign some better hearted people.

Property is better manicured under new management. Renovated apartments are more convenient with washer and dryer with beautiful lighting fixtures. But I expected better work overall. There’s a lot of attempted paint job coverups. My front door is cracked and painted over and my tub drain is an eyesore yet to be fix. But overall there are things that improved but some people are hard to change especially when they are not reprimanded for inappropriate behavior. For instance, antagonizing the tenants who pay rent to keep them employed. I should not have to waste my time to go to management headquarters to get things handled accordingly. The property managers are not reliable and does not offer any help to tenants. Ashley actually suggested I vacate my previous unit with no other alternative
