I would like to thank you all at Townhouses Of chesterfield 2, i love living here it has been a wonderful experience so far, and I cannot thank you enough for this opportunity, The area is not only clean but also quiet, and peaceful . Prior to moving to the Townhouses of Chesterfield 2, I was dealing with bad experience at my previous residence. It was a challenging time for me and my family, filled with frustrations and disappointments. However, when I reached out to the staff at Townhouses of Chesterfield 2, they assured me that relocating here would lead to a much more positive living situation, and I am absolutely grateful for this experience and to say that they were absolutely right!! One of the aspects I love most about this community is the outstanding on time work from maintenance

HORRIBLE. I have never had a bad experience in tenancy until living here. My first week in the house, the downstairs toilet had a sewage backup causing it to flood and damage my personal property. Thalhimer did nothing to prevent this and nothing to fix the issue either. My carpet and furniture were severely damaged and ruined due to this disaster feces flood. This is not only awful to deal with as a new tenant but out right disgusting as I had JUST moved in.. NEXT, I was having problems with flies, crickets and mice. I mean DOZENS of flies at EVERY single window. They would get between the screen and enter through them as none of the windows were sealed properly. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Let’s start with the pictures online are not the same is the actually unit you will rent. This is an OLD building that they literally threw some point on and half assed the “renovations”. If you are paying anything over 1200 for your unit, you are being ripped off. Very cheap place and “renovations” that were done. Second the people in the leasing office are RUDE and never answer the phone. I was constantly spoke to like I was dumb. Also they are a bunch of liars so make sure you document EVERYTHING when communicating with them. Who I initially encountered when I moved in was a nice women but when I moved out, it was a RUDE women in the from office. Next the location is TRASH. You are in the hood. You will hear gunshots you will witness domes

Worst experience ever. I submitted a maintenance request shortly after moving in. The maintenance man asked if I was moving in or out, I told him moving in and he wished me good luck! I should have left then. The renovations to the apartment are nice and match the websites pictures. Don’t look to close though, you will notice how poorly put together everything is. Electrical socket came out of wall after removing a plug gently, towel and toilet paper racks were loose upon arrival and constantly fell out of the wall, door screws were loose and stripped leaving the door hanging, the paint in the bathtub started peeling after the first use. Trash all over the community. There are resident who have been there for forever and feel very entitled. Multiple residents bragged about paying less than

So I don't even live there I live in Florida but clearly there is another tenant there with the exact same name as mine and they keep sending me her email. Today when I got the plumbing notice for the apartment buildings I was horrified. So to avoid updating the plumbing to sanitary conditions no one is allowed to put anything down the garbage disposers or anything in the toilet. That is going to lower the sanitary conditions of any building anywhere in the world two pretty much second world issues. Plumbing issues like that around sanitary to begin with. Neglected pipes after about 20 years starts building lardburgs. Those are just going to keep building. And they can't keep blaming the tenants for it. A portion of the rent money is supposed to go into the maintenance their what are they
