I had a wonderful experience from the tour to the leasing process. Shout out to Tiffany and Shonda for helping out with the process. I really wanted an upgraded unit, with no carpeting due to health issues, they made sure I got the correct one. I also had issues with submitting the application but they promptly helped out and the end approved! Huge thank your to the team!

It’s time to make an honest assessment on this place. This is an okay place to live. However, this is something to consider before choosing this place because despite changing management companies this issue is still very prevalent! Getting maintenance fulfilled is a nightmare here and trust i have given personal feedback on this for some time and it doesn’t seem like there’s urgency to resolve this issue. Now, the maintenance personnel when they come they will get it done right the first time but to get there is as hard as getting my hair to not puff up under humidity. It’s been over a month since i submitted a maintenance ticket to fix my toilet. I’ve called the office twice during this time and as nice as they are i have yet to get this issue resolved. I have lived here for over a year, and I would gladly renew if my job wasn’t relocating me. I lived in phase 1 of this complex near the exit gate and loved how quiet and convenient this unit was. It is near the pool, gym, and new golf simulator as well as major highways. Maintenance requests (what few I had) were always handled quickly and the front desk gals are very friendly and wonderful. I can’t recommend this complex enough. My neighboring tenants were extremely kind and I loved having a garage under my unit. For the price (extremely reasonable in my opinion, especially with all the amenities) I was very happy with this find. I had a wonderful experience with the leasing office. Daysha specifically went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience possible. I commend her on her knowledge, empathy, and respectfulness that she showed not only to me but other residents and staff in the office. Moving in and out was a swift and smooth process. I have lived at Townhomes of Coyote Ridge for five years. I love where I live. It is peaceful and quiet and I love my attached garage and my home. Shopping is close and I have a variety of places to shop such as Market Street or Kroger and Target. It is easy on and easy off the Sam Rayburn and I can get to Stonebriar mall pretty quickly. The ladies in the office are so courteous to me and have even retrieved a package for me when I needed. Tiger and Rubio are always so helpful. Thank you all for making this a great place to call home.
