Pools look like they should've been cleaned months ago, none of the canopy tops are clean or even held together even though they're always reassuring there's a new order on the way (this has been since last year we've been "waiting on the order"), washing machines and dryers are always iffy and take multiple loads, and extremely unprofessional when dealing with corporate (I've been waiting on my deposit for over a month and corporate now refuses to respond). Other than Marci in the front office, this place is mid at best.

There are several hidden fees they don’t tell you about. My base rent is 2,615. I am paying 2, 855. It’s ridiculous. I have a trash fee 3 times on my bill. Water/Sewer 4 times. Pest control 2 times. They are calling it admin fees.Never in my life and never again.

Monica has been so incredibly helpful and proactive as my husband and I are moving into our new townhome! Her excellent customer service is what really sold us on this place. Thank you, Monica! You and your team at the front office have been so kind and helpful. We appreciate y’all!

My partner and I lived here for 2 years. Besides Marci and the maintenance guys in the front office this place is asinine. Between the pool never being up-kept, no places to park, pricing, and whoever controls deposits in accounting. We signed for our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath for $2300 a month and would pay close to $2700 every month and for what? A pool with bugs, pool canopies with huge, gaping holes in them for close to a year, a gym with no wipes to wipe down equipment, little to no parking unless you parked outside a fire lane, random extra utility charges for trash etc. I always tried to give the benefit of a doubt when I lived here but as of now I can’t any longer. Just go ahead and rent a home. You’ll be way better off!

The pool cabanas are falling apart and have stayed that way all of summer. In my opinion the photos do not represent the property properly. The pool always had ants in it. We went through two washing machines while living here. At one point they wanted us to wait 3 weeks for a new one, and in the meantime walk to another unit to wash clothes. Be prepared to be charged $30 for trash and then $10 here - $10 there for trash. The rebill for utilities never made any sense. If you sign a lease for $2665 be prepared to pay almost $2900 when they add all their fees. The most disappointing thing was the state of the pool. There was no reason for things to go unfixed for so long. We still haven’t heard about receiving our deposit back and it’s been over a month. No one answers when you call. Surpris
