Townhomes at Mayapple Woods by Garman Builders

While I could find things to complain about, this is a nice place. These negative reviews are suspect to me. We get notices of the fertilizer(maybe renters don't?? idk) and the homes are not disgusting, they are nice and well built. Are they perfect? No. There are home owner sections and rental sections in this community. Most of the issues from my experience have come from the renters, but most renters are very nice and respectful. Things should only continue to get better around here as they complete the build of the community, finishing the roads, landscaping, etc.. We love Annville. We like Mayapple Woods, We like Garman.

property owners are not very considerate of their neighbors. Placing their garbage cans in front other people's houses . No one follows the rules when utilizing street parking. Walking their dog behind other peoples homes and not cleaning up. Dumping garbage in the back of the wooded area behind people homes. We pay an and H.O.A fee for ground maintenance and people let their kids ride their bikes on grass and in the street. I understand we dont own the property, however their should be a level of consideration for your neighbors. I think we all had to pay premiums for our homes, some higher then others to have a little privacy so they wouldnt face other neighbors behind their house, o ly to have neighbor's crossing behind your home at all times of day and night.. The HOA fails to notify their residents of the spraying of fertilizer. It is common knowledge fertilizer is toxic to people and pets when first applied and needs to be avoided for a few hours. A community filled with families should be properly notified of the spraying of these chemicals.

Disgusting townhomes. Garman doesn’t care about Annville. All they care about is money. Get out of Annville please!!!
