BEWARE .. before you buy from them, make sure to get everything in writing and CHECK everything even if they don't let you. They promise you a whole lot and end up backing out. I bought a home from them and had asked to get some things done before taking possession. I was promised a lot but nothing was done. Now I don't even get a call back. Look to buy elsewhere
