Townes at Blake Farm

I had such a pleasure touring Townes at Blake Farm with Dan and Taylor! The townhomes are spacious and beautiful and I love how bright the interiors are! Taylor and Dan were so helpful, dealing with me several times and answering all questions I had with such a positive attitude! I love how new this community is and will definitely keep in mind as I get closer to my move. :)

Experience at The Townes at Blake Farm – Wilmington, NC My wife and I moved into The Townes at Blake Farm in April 2025. The property is managed by Bell Partners. During our initial tour of the new construction, we pointed out several visible issues within the unit we were slated to occupy. We were assured by Bell Partners that these issues would be addressed prior to our move-in date. Unfortunately, that promise was not fulfilled—upon moving in, the same problems were still present (see photos below). To make matters worse, we discovered a major issue with the fiber connection. The fiber lines were crimped and broken, forcing Spectrum to run entirely new lines to the unit. I’ve been living here for almost a month now and i absolutely love it! They have a fully equipped gym and a huge pool which would be great when summer comes. The property managers ( Taylor and Dan) are always super helpful and nice. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful + spacious neighborhood to start with.

Beautiful, modern and brand new luxury townhomes! Enjoying a 3 bed and 3.5 bath spacious floor plan! Fitness Center, large pool, gas fire pit and gas grills!! Convenient application and move in with Dan and Taylor!!
