I would like to provide an update regarding my recent concern. The leasing manager did rectify the situation, and I want to acknowledge her professionalism and understanding throughout the process. She has been very communicative and proactive, and I truly appreciate the effort she has shown. She even went out of her way to bring me a package that had been accidentally delivered to the leasing office, which did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am pleased with how the matter was handled and I look forward to seeing the positive improvements she brings to the apartment complex moving forward. Thank you.

I have lived at Towne West since September 2018 and have consistently paid my rent on time. I have never been late. This review reflects ongoing billing confusion, lack of communication, management turnover, and safety concerns that have built up over years. In February, I waited until the office reopened because the 1st fell on a Sunday and paid my rent after confirming the full balance listed on the ledger. My account reflected zero after payment. Two days later, $42.55 in additional charges were added, including another trash service fee, a rent service fee, and water/sewer. If those fees were part of February’s balance, they should have been posted before rent was paid, not after. Posting charges after payment forces residents into making a second transaction and paying another $7.95 p

I have lived at this property for over five years, and during that time I have interacted with several different management and administrative teams. Unfortunately, the current team has been the worst by far. My most recent experience with an administrator named Angie was absolutely unacceptable. During our conversation, she repeatedly spoke over me and would not allow me to fully explain my concerns. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and combative. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager would “try” to get back to me, which did not feel like a real attempt to resolve the issue. I then requested the corporate number and was informed that she “couldn’t give that out.” After asking multiple times, she finally provided it, but only after unnecessary back-and-forth. She a

Ms. Nicole, the property manager at Towne West, is outstanding. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents and the property. Communication is always clear, and any concerns are handled promptly and efficiently. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in how well the property is managed.

Since moving in no one has helped me out better than Ms.Vivana and i have been here for 2 years now. She is very pleasant, patient and actually listening and helps the best way she can. Super sweet and looks at things not only from a management POV but also from a residents POV. Thank you so much for being understanding. Updated review on property 2026 Higher Management has been an on going issue since I moved back here in May 2024 not including the only 2 staff members who helped the best way they can. I’ve lived at this complex for some time, and unfortunately safety has become a serious concern. Within the last two months, my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run on the property, and more recently my license plate was stolen off my car. Police reports were filed for both incidents.
