Towne Parc Apartments

i’m extremely picky when it comes to where i live, so it’s no small praise when i say my boyfriend and i love living at Towne Parc. we’ve lived in our 1x1 since August 2024 and will probably renew our lease for a 2nd time next year. front office staff are very kind and helpful, if you have a serious problem or maintenance concern they will get someone on it immediately. they’re very communicative. same with the maintenance team - they are seriously great, so timely and professional. the biggest downside is that the buildings are lowkey kind of old, but they have been renovated within the last few years i believe and are pretty clean - no carpet!! the rent prices are also fair, especially for Gainesville, and our rent didn’t increase when we renewed. they’re very pet-friendly - they only

Lived here for a year and a half and loved it! If I hadn’t moved out of state I would still be at Towne Parc. It’s nothing fancy compared to the new apartments in town but it felt cozy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood in a great location in town close to walking trail, and bus stops. Simple amenities but they were clean and well cared for, and the swings by the lake are a nice feature. I loved my little one bedroom apartment, it was the perfect size space as a young professional living alone. The office staff were amazing, so nice and helpful the entire time I lived there. It really felt like home.

I lived here for 3 years and it’s been the absolute best place I’ve ever lived in Gainesville, I would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t move out of state for grad school! The apartments are not as modern as some other places in town but that was a plus for me personally, I’ve never heard my neighbors through my walls or anything! The community seems to attract a nice mix of families and students. Office workers and maintenance people are all super nice and responsive to any issues, I only ever had minor maintenance needs while we lived here. We received our security deposit back very fast after we moved out as well. My only wish is that more of the units had washers/dryers in them, but overall I had a wonderful time living here and would do it again.

I’ve lived at Towne Parc for three years, and it has been nothing short of excellent. The maintenance team is outstanding. The office staff is professional yet warm and approachable, making every interaction a pleasant experience. Everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure residents have the best experience possible. Despite being in a busy part of Gainesville, the community is peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better. I highly recommend Towne Parc to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Apartments themselves are not terrible for the cost of rent. laundry machines in the club house are terrible. The Dryer Payment system doesn’t work most the time and the dryers don’t dry most the time .
