Towne House Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 4 years and I must say what an improvement! Maintenance is quick to respond to repair orders. You’re also 10-15 minutes from major highways and shopping centers. Pet friendly as well but there are some owners who don’t clean up after their dog so watch your step. There’s a gym and you can go to the roof for a really nice view at night. Terry and Joy are always cool. I don’t know her name but there is also a woman that wears an headscarf that’s always smiling and pleasant. Overall a solid, and probably best pick for apartment living in Harrisburg.

TLDR: this whole building needs an audit from the city or the state. I’m tempted to call the family lawyer prior to moving out of here. There are good and kind people living here, but the living conditions need to be addressed. They don’t deserve it… For the past 4 years. I’ve been throwing out precious food almost everyday due to cockroach contamination. No matter how much I clean up or how aggressive I try to implement measures to get rid of them. Cockroaches come out of the sink and the vents. It came to the point where I had to throw away a whole toaster because I found them living in it. Do you think it’s worth an overall cost of $1500 to live like that? If yes, then come live here to see a variety of cockroach species. This place is great I lived here for 7 months. If you want a temporary living condition this place is absolutely perfect. I live on the 20th floor it is beautiful at night. A beautiful entrance and lobby. Not recommended for first year college students, if you have roommates then a maybe you will do fine. Read lease very carefully. It is a year lease so plan ahead.

This was a great place to live for me starting out and ticked all of my boxes. Management and maintenance were responsive, parking was ample and easy, guest parking whenever I had someone visit, and secure for packages as well. Prime location, but still felt safe and secure. Never had any issues with neighbors or other residents. Thank you!!

I've been living here for a while now and it's been a great experience. The apartment is comfortable and well-maintained. The management team is very attentive and they make sure any issues are resolved quickly. The community is quiet and safe, and the neighbors are friendly. It's a wonderful place to live.
