PLEASE look for other places and leave this as your LAST OPTION. Management is very good at convincing you to lease. I just moved in mid November and I’m already on my 3rd work order cause issues are never fully fixed. Save yourself stress and believe me, I’m going to look into braking the lease because it’s too much already!

Horrible management GVA ever since I signed my lease after a month boiler had to be replaced I was without hot water 2 days. ac was fumigating paying a large amount of light bill due to old equipment. Issues with AC over 6 months. Manager very behind the scene. I kept to myself yet paid my rent on time. Several incidents professionally they did not reach out to adjust and talk about things. Yet quick to ask for rent and upper the rent ridiculous. Overall no issues with neighbors a car parked almost over a year on the guest section. Sadly it was a bad experience. Let me not mention friendly lizards inside the home as well as roaches. Very unaware and not paying more attention to the renter. That was my experience sadly I had no energy anymore to go back & forth with small issues. Over it.

Great and friendly staff araceli is awesome and the maintenance is pretty good i have had prolems with my sewage lines but i just go tell them and they fix it within the hour. Rents pretty reasonable ive been here 3 years and a couple of months and i only pay 530. If i had to choose these again id do it. Woka woka
