We’ve lived here for a year and have had SUCH a great experience. They’ve really created a strong sense of community, and we’ve met some AMAZING friends because of it! From the start, Nick and staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the whole move in process was quick and smooth. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The pool and gym are both amazing + all the amenities add to the overall quality of living here. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the gates could be frustrating at times. That said, I never once felt unsafe. Having two courtesy officers living on site is a huge plus and adds an extra level of comfort. Overall, we’ve loved living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, welcoming place to live. I believe w

Genuinely disappointed... This place felt like a hidden gem at first. The units and amenities are attractive, but the overall cleanliness completely undermines the experience to the point I'm embarrassed to invite guests. Dog waste is a persistent problem throughout the entire complex. You often have to walk while looking down just to avoid stepping in it. The dog park regularly smells and is effectively unusable unless you’re okay tracking waste back to your apartment. Waste stations overflow frequently and appear to be serviced only a couple of times a week at best. There’s also an ongoing issue with dogs urinating in breezeways. These areas aren’t proactively cleaned...residents are expected to report it, and even then, cleanup can take days or longer. This creates unsanitary shared s

I’ve had an overall positive experience living at Town Triangle Crossing, and I would rate it an 8 out of 10. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the amenities offered. They really add value to the living experience and make the community feel comfortable and well thought out. The amenities create convenience and give residents spaces to relax, stay active, and enjoy their downtime without having to leave the property. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, especially for anyone who values having quality amenities included in their community.

My first week experience rated bad, water heater in room did not work for a complete week so not hot water during the snow. Attempted to contact emergency services during snow to fix issue but was told not a priority and then that no call was ever put in. Eventually was given a spare room key days later to be allowed a hot shower. Water heater eventually replaced and working properly. Management did try to make things right afterwards to resolve issue. Everything else including dog park and facilities in good condition. Plenty of space as well.

I have NEVER written bad review but at this point I feel the need too. I lived at this apartment complex for a short five months and PAID to break my lease so we could leave. From the start, we had issues with the application process, which was disorganized and poorly communicated. It took multiple months and many times of me constantly asking when we were going to receive our promised $500 gift card to finally receive it, come to find out we were never put in the system:) On top of that the 2 months free was SOOOO poorly communicated. My roommate and I asked multiple times, to multiple employees on how to apply it that by the time management finally got back to us it was too late to use it the way we wanted! They also expressed to us that the first 2 months are free because we moved in be
