Town Surprise

Ever since Grey Star Left it has been the worst experience ever the new management team is horrible no communication what so ever and they can’t wait to run out the door so good luck catching them if you work past 6 these town houses are going down and will continue going down as long as the new management team does not do better really debating whether or not to renew my lease and there payment system is one of the dumbest I ever came across have been renting for years at different locations and all of the locations have always let you pay up to a week early and this is the only company that doesn’t allow that grey star was a fantastic company to work with but this new company just gives and collects fees on top of fees because either you can’t get ahold of them or there rushing out of th

Absolutely love living at Surprise Townhomes! The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe thanks to the gated entry. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and everything you need. It truly feels like home here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live in Surprise!

Angela, omg she is AMAZING! She took my girls (young adults) on a tour of the models. She was an absolute delight and it was actually heart warming the way she treated them. Most agents have not taken them seriously due to their young age but she made all of us so comfortable with her genuine kindness and compassion. As a mother, I would feel so comfortable with my kids moving on this property just knowing how professional and amazing the staff they have working there.
