Town Square Apartments

Trying to get my lease to renew and no one responds back to my questions. The only response I have is that I’m about to pay extra monthly fee if I don’t renew my lease. Well is it a joke?

A few months back I applied for a townhouse here and paid the "refundable" $200 admin then got denied the very next day. Asked when I would receive my refund and they told me they would have a check for me in 2 weeks at which time they would call me 2 weeks went by then I hadn't received a call so I called them. For whatever reason they told me the checks hadn't been sent in and there were other people who also haven't gotten their refunds yet. I called the next week got the same answer this went on for a month and then gave up. I still have not received a phone call or email.

In the few months I have stayed her I have been so comfortable and its a clean, quiet synergy. The management is responsive as well as the maintenance crew. Property is well maintained. I haven't lived in a apartment complex in over 15 years, but I am glad I chose this place. The walk to Bentonville Square does make staying here worth it.

I have lived here for going on 4 years now, the apartments have since been remodeled and upgraded, the property itself is beautiful, well maintained, pet friendly, and really quiet. Management has always been helpful and maintenance is the absolute best! Anytime I have an issue with my unit they are always quick to respond and come fix the issue!

I was here for a tour of a townhouse. Nadalie was punctual, very friendly and professional, and answered all questions I had. The unit was recently renovated and very nice.
