Town Residences

Overall, I've enjoyed this place. No apartment is perfect, and I think the affordability of this place gives it lee way. They also grant you a level of freedom which is highly appreciated. There's been a lot of different staff members in my time here, but Bry, Matt, Chloe, Talia, Cora, and of course Doug the doorman have been some real highlights! Really appreciate them. The location is unbeatable, right amount of walkability vs noise. The people who live here are a great community in my experience, I've made some great friends here. This is not a luxury apartment, do not move here expecting it to be, and you'll enjoy your time!

I love living here, I moved into my apartment in July and have loved every moment so far. The staff is very nice, helpful, and communicative. Shoutout to the main security guard, Doug, he’s a real one. He’s helpful, funny, and very kind. The Gym is nice and sometimes they throw community events in the social lounge. You should live here if you have the opportunity to.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and really friendly staff! Doug is great and knows everybody by name! The maintenance crew are fast to respond to concerns and do their best. Communication in the building is good, obviously the building is older and could use some touch ups/newer appliances but overall a good place. -Jenna wright

Town Residences is a great place to stay. I’ve only been here for 5 months but I really enjoy staying here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If I have a concern or need they make sure I am attended too promptly. We have security in the lobby. I really like that. I feel safe coming home from work to have security in the lobby. I sleep so well at night. Last but not least I am downtown. How cool is that! I am so looking forward to summer!

I wanted to review Town, after living here for 2 and a half years I can truly say this place has its ups and downs but it’s a great location for what it is, the staff is some of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet, Doug the doorman knows everyone in that building by name and maintenance is wonderful and responsive. Like I said, I have had my ups and downs with this place, but I can truly say that it’s been a great experience. And with the addition of the new elevator, the new paint jobs, and the new friendly staff, I know it’s going to be even better!
