I had a wonderful experience at this property, it is very clean well maintained and full of good vibes the manager Ruby was very cooperative with me and answered all of my questions and the assistant manager was nice enough to show me around. Very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful pool and a little gym area i was put on the waitlist as the waitlist is long but i definitely would recommend here.

Very professional staff very detail oriented, Ruby the manager is very professional, transparent goes above and beyond to meet expectations, Saraee assistant manger is also wonderful very attentive always ready to assist. Franklyn maintenance supervisor , Cesilio and his team can not go unnoticed as well they manage and maintain a beautiful property for residents to enjoy….

They failed to mention that when you move out you are in charge of painting again, replacing the carpet, and replacing all of the light bulbs and leaving the apartment exactly how you got it as if you never lived there. Also you aren't allowed to use the pool on weekends and on week days it's only open from 9-5 and management fails to do their job, the manager itself is never at work on time she's supposed to be in the office at 9 and decides to come in at 10:30 or later instead. The apartments have mold and they don't do anything to resolve the issue.

Well maintained apartment complex for fixed and low income residents. Offers a pool, deck, and clubhouse with as breakout room for kids to engage in activities after school.

Nice community with large pool and maintenance staff on site. After school program for youth and property management office and staff on the main office.
