Town Hollywood Apartments

I’ve been living here for over a year, I have to say from my personal experience this place is great. My neighbors are friendly. I’ve had to go to the office and needed the managers assistance multiple times. Venessa was helpful and resourceful in my issues and had solutions. The entire staff have positive attitudes and friendly. My apartment was clean and signing the lease and applying for the apartment was a smooth process.

The Apartments and grounds are beautiful and well groomed. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and responsive to any concerns or questions you may have. The office manager, Vanessa and the assistant office manager Merielena are amazing and go out of their way to help you with anything they can. The Maintenance staff are superb caring and respond to mainenance requests quickly and thoroughly. Alejandro, the head of the maintenance department is always friendly, hardworking and sees to it that all maintance is attended to properly and thoroughly. As an example, the stairs of the building we live in had gotton dirty from normal use. We put in a request for this to be addressed and within the week it was powered cleaned from top to bottom. I’ve had such a great experience at Town Hollywood Apartments and Victor! The building is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The amenities really stand out — especially the pool area and gym — and everything always feels well taken care of. The location is amazing, close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Hollywood, which makes it super convenient and fun to live here. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever anything is needed. The apartments themselves are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed with great finishes. It truly feels like a luxury living experience. I would absolutely recommend Town Hollywood to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live! 🌴✨

Excellent apartments, very responsive staff. In particular, I resolve most of my issues with the help of Victor, I recommend this guy. Townhollywood is a place where someone will always greet you and smile.

The swimming pool at Town Hollywood has been out of service for over 10 days. Management claims they ordered a new pump and are waiting for it to arrive, but how can such a situation even be allowed to happen? How is it possible that a critical spare part was not available in advance? More than a thousand residents live here, each paying on average $3,500 per month in rent. With rents at this level, it is completely unacceptable for a major facility like the pool to be shut down for weeks. Residents deserve a much higher standard of responsibility and proper maintenance from management. And as always, management will likely respond to this review with the usual “please come to our office” or “give us a call and we’ll be happy to discuss this.” But let’s be honest — endless conversations
