TOWN & COUNTRY MH PARK

Living there was ok in the summer but you might need a 2nd job in the winter. The only form of heat is back up furnace that costs about 40-80$ a day to run. Ive never lived somewhere so affordable and unaffordable at the same time. And on top of all that they break their contract with rentors and lied to us all the time. If this isnt your LAST option find a better place, trust me on that.

There because of work. I must say it was clean, not junked up like most. Trailers look to be in good shape. Overall, pretty impressed

Byron Whitehouse that runs the park is racist. I literally have tried to figure out why we are pinned in his mind. He made my kids get rid of their trampoline. BUT 2 white families HAVE FULL SIZE trampolines. Ours was 8ft. I have complained many times and I am told I can move out of I don't like it.... yet I own my trailer so I really can't.

This place looks really crowded it reminds me of a can of sardines. There are over a hundred trailers cramped on a tiny piece of land.

Good people run the show.
