Town Chandler - Luxury Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment, and I must say, the experience has been exceptional. The work done by Taylor is outstanding. His dedication and attention to detail have truly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Tally, Samantha and Brittney for her assistance throughout the process. I highly recommend this apartment and the team for anyone looking for a top-notch living experience.

Town Chandler was an fantastic place to live with all the amenities you desire. Tallie (Amazing lucky to have her) the person that showed me my apartnent is still there, along with the rest of the staff which is awesome compared to other places I've lived with high turnover. They always got back to me right away and even seem to remember my name. Definitely reccomend when looking in Chandler and I'm sad to be moving away. First class property, people, and community!

We put in a very low priority maintenance request not expecting to hear anything for several weeks but only a few days went by and Matt showed up fixed both of our problems within 5 minutes and made our second shower usable again after we put it off for a few months. Thank you Matt for your quick response, friendliness and professionalism!

It was quite a bizarre tour experience. The person who assisted me with the tour ran so fast. I assume it was due to my budget being slightly under the going rate. I was touring others in the area, and walked-in. Maybe they were busy, and i interrupted, but I would say I am not out of shape, and I struggle to keep up with the guide based on how fast she was going. The amenities are nice. After previously living in a new build that came with several issues, I have reservations living in a new build. The amenities are nice though. They have a work from home pod, golf simulator, nice gym with an instructor that comes to teach yoga and Pilates. They have a nice marketplace as well on site that is open 24 hours. I had the pleasure of touring the community with Britney yesterday, and the property was nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment I arrived, the level of detail and design spoke for itself. Britney was exceptional, seamlessly guiding me through the experience and showcasing the thoughtfully curated spaces for both productivity and leisure. Compliments to the designer—this new build offers an impressive array of amenities, including a poker room, and leaves nothing overlooked. This is a must-see in Chandler and undeniably a highly sought-after place to call home.
