Town Center Garden Apartments

This complex is neglected from the property owner . Plumbing is horrible ;shutting down the water constantly to leaks under parking structures. The On site manager Wendy is great and very attentive it’s understandable she can only do so much. Ive gotten repairs done in a timely matter thanks to management but the vendors provided for the apartments have sloppy work.

The property here is garbage. From constant leaks, ant infestation, broken water pipes, etc. This apartment complex is neglected and not cared for. Management is amazing, she's doing anything she can to help within her limits. I would not recommend living here. Not in your best interest or investment.

Property has plumbing issues, always flooding, leaks from bottom of sinks and improper ventilation in bathrooms. Management is good, always a delight. It sucks they have to manage a poorly taken care of property that has been neglected over the years.

The manager here is very rude. I was doing a DoorDash order and she yelled at me. She said she was gonna call the cops because I parked to the side. There was no parking anywhere because there is a bus stop out front. I told her it would only take a minute and she threatened to call the police. I hope she takes some anger management classes because she was very rude from the start. I didn’t even say anything disrespectful to her.

Been living here for 6 years already , just mind your own business and follow the rules and you’ll be good . Love the pool my kids and I have a lot of fun in the summer time because of it . New owners now and will be remodeled so rent will be going up soon . Never had any problems here with anyone . Requieres code at main entry and control for main parking lot . Only one spot per apt. Obviously we can’t do whatever we want because we pay for rent so we need to respect that . I live in a one bedroom and it’s very spacious in my opinion :)
