Extremely serious health and safety warning. My apartment at Town Center Apartments in Overland Park is contaminated with toxic mold, and management’s handling of it was grossly negligent and potentially unlawful. Their so-called “remediation” was conducted without containment, without clearance testing, and in violation of basic environmental safety standards. Despite repeated written requests for documentation, management and staff refused transparency, stonewalled all communication, and concealed information that residents have a legal right to. This is a great place to live! The places are very spacious, you have garage options, and it’s quiet for an apartment complex. JoAnne the manager for this place is the best! She’s great to work with, attentive, cares about what you need, and follows up. She made living there great!

I have been living at Town Center Apartment Homes for almost a year. It feels like we have our own little community here. We even have a chance to plant gardens, which I find unique and will be doing this year.  You do have to reserve your spot in advance through management but no problems. Speaking of management..what a great a staff we have here. JoAnne and Hailey do a fantastic job by always hustling and getting things done to make it a more comfortable community. Always smiling and eager to help or get a resolution to the problem. Our maintenance guys are truly all one of kind. Great crew we have. Town Center Apartments are a wonderful place to live. The staff is very professional and is always quick to respond to any questions/requests. Ensuring they have taken care of everything asked of them. The staff is so friendly too. We love all the fun activities they have for all of us to enjoy. This is such a welcoming & comfortable place to call home!

We are very happy with our experience at Town Center Apartments! We sold our home of 15 years and needed a 6-month apartment to live until we moved on to our next chapter in life. Town Center Apartments was the perfect place for us to transition! The staff was friendly, honest, and hardworking. The apartment was kept nice, and the grounds were beautiful. Maintenance was always VERY QUICK to respond when we had an issue. We'd definitely sign a lease here again, if needed. Did I mention they're pet friendly! It's truly a lovely place to live!
