To ownership and townhome seekers! First and foremost, I must acknowledge the onsite management team of Christina and Megan. These two ladies were phenomenal, professional, attentive, and punctual. If the first impression of this complex is based off of their personality and warmness, then it deserves 10 stars! My wife and I searched multiple complexes and were overwhelmed with their willingness to work with our schedule and their availability. Their interaction with us made our search seem relevant and personal to them! Kudos to these two ladies! Secondly, the location and the townhome itself were absolutely impeccable. I recently stopped by an event at Town Arlington and really enjoyed it. Everything was well organized, relaxed, and the little details made it feel welcoming. The grounds looked great and were clearly well taken care of. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and it was nice seeing neighbors come together. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and a great example of the community vibe at Town Arlington.

Christine, she’s awesome. There’s no words that could describe her dedication in our compassion for the residence and the property. Megan is awesome friendly and always willing to help so I wouldn’t wanna be a resident anywhere else but at Town Arlington.

A lovely community within walking distance of all the essentials. Great location, the townhomes look new and well cared-for, and the staff is very attentive. My wife and I love living here.

My husband and I love this place. It’s so quiet and easy access to everything around. The front office staff, Christina and Megan are always so willing to listen and lend a hand when anything comes up. Maintenance also shows up very quickly when is needed. We hope we can continue making more memories at this lovely place and things continue being great! ❤️
