Town and Country Apartments

Absolutely wretched. Full of mold including the hot water heaters that smell like onion bagels. The "Property Manager" Regina, just wanders around spreading gossip and enters units without permission. Rental office is off-site and clear across town, and nobody is ever there during posted hours to accept payment. They demand we pay them via a "secure mail slot" and actively avoid writing receipts because they want it "off the books or the rent will increase". Photo below shows the "secure mail slot".
