Well if one person is ruining the face of the company, it's Natasha. I've submitted an ARA (architectural review application) for a roof replacement back on Nov 18th. Because it's via email, I just wanted confirmation of receipt and a status update, that's all! Nobody can answer this question! I've talked to the front desk 5 times! And their response is to speak with Natasha who won't answer the phone. It's very unprofessional. I have a timeline of selling the house after the roofers get a go-ahead to begin work. I'm at the mercy of an unresponsive property management company, and have no clue what pushback I may get after waiting 4 weeks for a response on the ARA. Unfortunately I’m an owner in one of their managed communities. Chris is our ‘representative’ and deletes emails to avoid having to face the fact he doesn’t respond to community members unless they threaten to withhold HOA dues. They are miserable to work with and if your community is considering using them - DONT. Unless you want dead grass, weeds everywhere, and visible algae growth all over the walls of your community.

Old woman that answers the phone is beyond disrespectful. I called to inquire on some electrical work on behalf of an elderly resident that was formerly managed by this company, I did not know that, but she was so rude. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. This company needs to train employees on proper customer service etiquette.

Poorly trained employees..communication . Is bad .no statements...try to add on fees but doesn't notify you ..gets highly mad when you ask a few questions..not a good company...many better ones out there to use if i was a association

This company took over our condo complex recently and raised dues without notifying us. We received mail addressed to the previous owners who had not lived there in months, which we did not open as it would have been illegal to do so. After missing our scheduled automatic payment, I reached out to Ben to see what was going on and it was brought up that we may receive mail with the wrong name on it. When I expressed it was illegal for us to open that mail, he attempted to deflect blame onto us by suggesting that we should have notified them about the change in ownerships of our unit, however that change in ownership happened BEFORE Towers took over our complex.
