Towers at Greenville Place

I moved into the Towers in December 2025 and I’m beyond impressed. Kimberly, my leasing consultant, is a lovely person and a joy to work with, she made the move so much easier, especially moving in during winter between snowstorms. From my first tour she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in finding the right fit for me. During the hectic move she stayed in constant communication, was always available, anticipated problems, and followed up until everything was resolved. She coordinated with maintenance, arranged timely access for workers, and checked in afterward to make sure I was settled. In my opinion: Uncaring attitude and confusing “I only speak with applicants” policy. If you’re trying to help a family member move in here, or even trying to get information for them, you can forget about being treated with courtesy. In my opinion: Condescending. They act like they’re paying you. Who’s to say I’m not a prospective applicant? In my opinion: Very bad customer service. This feels like the type of place that uses your need for housing against you. Had the nerve to ask “What you got denied somewhere else??” While I was asking questions about the application process. Why are you assuming stuff and is it even your business? In my opinion: Rude and unprofessional. Spending a few months in Greenville and find the furnished short-term 2br/2bath very comfortable. The staff have been helpful and it’s the kind of place you can just bring your toothbrush!
