I‘ve lived here for years and it’s gotten worse! The apartments are outdated, the outside of some of the units, including mine looks HORRIBLE! I use to live in the projects and had a better living experience. There is Ivy Lane, Liberty Gardens and Omni Associates. If you must move here go to Ivy Lane and Liberty- OMNI is soooooo bad!! I’ve been on the waiting list to get the heck out this section. They don’t care for this section, maybe because it’s the lowest rent compared to the other two. Its so embarrassing to have people visit - the outside looks really bad!!! My bathroom ceiling gets this brown liquid that drips down if you take a hot shower and I had a ceiling leak which took them to forever to fix and now you can see they really didn’t fix it well - it’s a mess. I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is great in office and maintenance. Any problems are addressed within 1 hour . Speaking with office staff they are always courteous . The grounds are upkept year round. If I had one request I'd ask that the outer door be repainted but overall great company. Great place

I moved out recently and still feeling as if I left my family behind. Almost 8 most wonderful years of my life that I’d always remember. I never called them twice to get things fixed because the Maintenance team did their best to respond quickly and without hesitation. Office managers were always helpful, polite and understanding with any situation involving the tenants; first Erica, then Maryann and later Mercedes.... all extraordinary professionals. A wonderful experience. I recommend this complex no less than 100% 👍🏼

First of all the parking here is the worst. It is over populated and no type of control. Does not matter how clean you are there are rats everywhere. And everyone that works in the office is so rude. They always get bothered when you need to reach out to them and do not like to provide any type of assistance. Rent just keeps going up and up and apartments are never upgraded or remodeled my kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart they will not stay closed.

Been living at this location for over 40 years, they never had a tenancy problem with me. However when you complain on an unruly tenant, and you report it, they always find a way to bring that complaint back to you, and the bad tenant gets away with it. Do better management, we depended on you to at least ask if the complaint is valid
